Heavy Scorpid Scales is becoming more rare and harder to obtain. The only method to farm Heavy Scorpid Scale is to slay and skin as many as possible. Silithus is a good place to farm Heavy Scorpid Scale as the whole zone is packed with Stonelash Flayer, Stonelash Pincer, and Stonelash Scorpid.
